Man Attacks Cleaner Who Interrupted His Intimate Moment In A Nightclub Toilet (Video)

A Man Captured On Camera With A Cleaner

A man was captured on camera attacking a cleaner when he was caught in an intimate session with a woman inside a disabled toilet.

Former Army aircraft mechanic, Billy Dean Fallon, 28, was having sex with a woman when the cleaner knocked on the toilet door and he stormed out of the cabin to hit the cleaner.

Fallon admitted to being the victim of an assault at Southport Magistrates Court in Queensland, Australia this Monday, November 7th, and was ordered to pay the victim $1,500.

The horrific incident happened in January this year at the Nightjar nightclub in Burleigh Heads.

CCTV played at the court shows the 28-year-old clubgoer rushing shirtless from the disabled toilet cubicle and throwing a series of punches at the cleaner, who had been knocking on the door for about three minutes.

A woman came out from the cubicle with two glasses while she watched Fallon beating the cleaner at the other side of the toilet.

Fallon was taken away by a security guard who came in with other witnesses before reporting the incident to the police.

Defending lawyer, Angus Edwards said Fallon was in the cubicle becoming intimate with his partner, adding: “They were in the midst of becoming intimate when someone started banging on the door.”

“He acted impulsively, he acted protectively and he thought he was protecting himself and his partner.”

Judge Michelle Dooley said the attack on the cleaner was unfair because he was simply doing his job.

“This individual was engaged in his normal employment, was clearly unaffected by alcohol and just going about his normal duties as part of his job,” she continued.

Fallon was sentenced to 12 months in prison but was immediately paroled. He was ordered to pay the cleaner $1,500 in compensation.

How To Start A Successful Online Business

There is a proven sequence of steps you can take to ensure your success in starting a small business online. I’ve seen thousands of people create and grow successful businesses by doing the following:

  1. Find and fill in a need.
  2. Write a copy that sells.
  3. Design and build a user-friendly website.
  4. Make use of search engines to drive traffic to your website.
  5. Build a reputation for being an expert.
  6. Follow your customers and email subscribers.
  7. Grow your income through back-end sales and upselling.

Everyone from the novice to the seasoned online entrepreneur can benefit from this process to learn how to start an online business.

Step 1: Start A Business That Fill In A Need

Most people who are just starting out make the mistake of researching a product first, then a market.

To increase your chances of success, start with a market. The scheme is to look out for a group of people for a solution to a problem but not find any results. Social media makes this type of market research easier:

  • Visit online forums to see what questions people are asking and what problems they are trying to solve.
  • Do keyword research to find keywords that a lot of people are looking for but that don’t compete with other websites.
  • Find out about your potential competitors by visiting their websites and making notes of what they are doing to meet the demand. Then you can apply what you have learned and create a product for an existing market – better than the competition.

Step 2: Make A Copy That Sells

There is a proven copy-for-sale formula that guides visitors through the sales process from arrival to purchase:

  1. Generate interest with a compelling headline.
  2. Describe the problem your product solves.
  3. Establish your credibility as a problem solver.
  4. You have to add testimonials from people who have used your product.
  5. Talk about the product and its benefits for the user.
  6. Make an offer.
  7. Make a strong guarantee.
  8. Create urgency.
  9. Ask about the sale.

Throughout your text, you need to focus on how your product or service is capable of solving people’s problems or improving their lives. Then you think like a customer and ask “What’s in this for me?”

Step 3: Design And Build Your Website

Once you have your market and product and define your sales process, you are now ready to start designing your small business website. Remember to keep it simple. You have less than five seconds to grab someone’s attention – otherwise, they’re gone and never to be seen again. See some important tips to keep in mind HERE
