A Nigerian PhD Student

A Nigerian Physiotherapist and PhD student, Chukwudi Ogbueche-Ifediora, affectionately known as Chuddy, has tragically died in the United Kingdom.

His brother @DedeUmuahia shared the sad news on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, following the news of another Nigerian, Saheed Wahab, who died just 24 hours after arriving in the United Kingdom for his postgraduate studies.

In response to the news of Saheed’s death, Dede wrote:

“Sad to say my brother is on this list @IfedioraChuddy’s body is yet to be conveyed back to his home country. Like my dad said, ‘If the country is good, tell me why we must fend for another man’s land??”

Until his untimely death, Chuddy was a PhD student at Glasgow Caledonian University.
