A Nigerian man, identified on Facebook as David Tochukwu Obi, has shared his last chat with late Nollywood actor, Don Brymo Uchegbu, before his tragic death.
9JaGistreel.com earlier reported that veteran Nollywood actor, Don Brymo Uchegbu, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday night at the age of 56.
In a touching tribute to the late movie star, David Tochukwu Obi shared their latest conversation on WhatsApp, where Don Brymo Uchegbu promised to be there for him.
Obi expressed his deep sorrow and regret that Uchegbu had promised to support him but was unable to keep that promise due to his untimely death.
“You promised to be there for me, sir. We never planned for it to be for such a short period of time, sir. Why now? Why? It’s too hard to say goodbye, Don Brymo. Rest in peace. Good night in the day, sir. Go well,” he captioned the post.

Actor-Mayor Ofoegbu confirmed the news trending on social media in a post published on his Facebook page on Thursday morning, June 15th.
Sharing a photo of the deceased, Ofoegbu wrote,
“Plan for tomorrow but live for today. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. I wrote those lines on my WhatsApp status yesterday evening. My man, my 5 & 6, Don Brymo Uchegbu, passed away in his sleep.
“I received the shocking news this morning and had to verify from his family. Chai Don Brymo my manchi. It’s hard to say goodbye. Nnukwu nwa na Enugu ukwu.”
