Kogi, Bayelsa Guber: PDP Speaks On ‘Secondus’s Impedance’, Reveals Why Party Will Win

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says that the National Chairman of the gathering, Mr Uche Secondus, has never meddled in the procedures of Bayelsa essential race booked for Sept. 3.
