Study Level/ Field: The soma weight loss health and wellness scholarship are open to both Incoming first-year student, Incoming transfer (undergraduate), First-year student, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, and Graduate students studying any health and wellness courses like a dietician, nutritionist, bariatric nurse or surgeon, exercise physiologist or weight loss counselor.

Host Country: The scholarship is taken the U.S at different Arizona State University campuses which include: Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix etc

Student Country Eligibility: The scholarship to U.S students studying any of the above-listed courses.

Soma Weight Loss scholarship worth:

This is a biannual scholarship worth $1000 each. One will be awarded in the summer and the other during the spring of an academic year.

Soma weight loss health and wellness scholarship Eligibility

• Grades: There is no minimum SAT/ACT or GPA required
• Residency requirement: United States resident
• School year and college: Must be an undergraduate or graduate student (any age) in an accredited U.S. education institution
• Major: Must be a major in any of the healthcare fields that promote achieving and maintaining a healthy weight
• Essay: Explain, in a 500 to 1,000-word essay, why you are studying your chosen field and what good health means to you
• Transcripts: You must upload a copy of your transcripts displaying your name, school name, and degree program

How To Apply for Soma weight loss scholarship 2021-2022

Fill out the form on Soma Weight Loss’s website, which includes submitting required documents (transcripts, essay, etc.)

The sponsors will email the winner of the first grant before April, and the grant money will be awarded before May. The second winner will be announced before October; the money for the second scholarship will be awarded in November.
