The mother of the late Nigerian rapper, Dagrin, has called on Nigerians for help, revealing she has been living in miserable conditions since the tragic death of her son.
In a video shared on social media, the elderly woman revealed that she sells food on the side of the road, but the task is extremely arduous due to her age and the income is not enough to support her family.
She explained that she often moves to different places to earn a living because some people recognize her as the late rap star’s mother.
The grieving mother said she was advised to seek help from Nigerian superstar singers, Davido or Olamide, but she sees them as her own children and doesn’t want to burden them with her problems.
She pleaded with well-meaning Nigerians to help improve her living conditions. She noted that she currently lives with her sister and needs an apartment of her own.
“Please I am poor and I want Nigerians to come and help me, I currently sell food by the roadside but the stress is too much and I am getting really old.
I need accommodation, please Nigerians I need like N3Million – N5Million, I can’t go and beg Rapper Olamide for money because it is somehow, as he is not an Elder, I look at him like a son,” she said in part.
