A Nigerian man has taken to the popular microblogging platform, Twitter, to call for help after losing N400,000 belonging to his mother through betting.
According to his post, the money is his mother’s business capital and she would need the funds to restock.
The young man, identified simply as Tomiwa, promised to stop betting if anyone should come to his rescue.
“Good morning sir, please help me, I lost over 400k of my mom’s money. I keep chasing my lost. Please, she’s traveling today to buy clothes. I swear I’ll stop betting if you help me. Please. I’ve messaged others no answer. I’m having panic already. I have all the evidence.” He wrote on Twitter.
In other news, a young Nigerian lady has caused a stir on social media after revealing the alarming number of men she has slept with.
The 18-year-old girl, who is identified simply as Bright, revealed in an interview with a content creator that she has had 15 sex partners to date.
A video circulating on the internet shows the lady and her two friends being interviewed by the poolside, where they were having fun.
The other ladies, aged 19 and 17, who also admitted not being virgins, said they have eight and seven body counts respectively.
When asked what they would like if their applications were granted, Bright expressed her desire for a Samsung Galaxy S7, while the other two ladies said that they would like an iPhone and a car. (Watch the video here)
