Popular Nigerian rapper, Emeka Ahamefule, better known as Blaqbonez, has taken to social media to share his conversation with controversial singer, Portable, before his arrest on Friday.
Remember that the Zazu Zeh star, who previously resisted arrest when men from the Ogun State Police Command stormed his bar on Thursday, was taken into custody on Friday, March 31st.
Portable’s arrest was confirmed in a statement, which said he would be held until today, Monday, April 3rd when he would be arraigned in court.
While fans, colleagues, and netizens await the court’s verdict on Portable’s case, Blaqbonez took to his social media page to share a conversation he had with Portable last week ahead of the whole police saga.
Portable in the conversation had sent Blaqbonez a voice note pleading with him to make a track together, to which he agreed.
Blaqbonez shared a screenshot of the chat on the microblogging platform, Twitter, and wrote:
