Famed Afrobeat singer, Davido, has shocked netizens with his new relationship with a colleague, Wizkid, while also confirming their upcoming music tour together.
Keep in mind that Wizkid announced his intention to go on a tour with Davido and received negative reactions from fans who didn’t believe him.
In a recent interview, Davido confirmed that he would indeed go on a concert tour with the Ojuelegba singer, but he said it might happen next year instead.
He went on to discuss their relationship in more detail, saying Wizkid has been there for him and stayed in touch weekly.
In his words;
“Yeah, I think probably … we’re in the talk. I think next year because I have to do my tour first; this Timeless album. I think by next year, I and Wizkid will do a record together. Shout out to my brother, he calls me literally every week to check up on me.”
