Nigerian student, Joy Ejikeme, has taken to social media to speak out and share the original result she printed on the JAMB portal after news of manipulation.
According to the statement from the Examination Board, Mmesoma’s actual score on the exam was 249, as opposed to the 362 she claimed.
Mmesoma also reportedly received a scholarship from Innoson Motors, and the Anambra state government was planning to honor her before the truth emerged.
The board said it would withdraw her result and sue her for tampering with its result. The girl reiterated that she never changed her results, despite what the board said in a video that she uploaded.
She claims that when she went to a computer cafe to print out her results and she was given a sheet of paper with a total score of 362.
In the video, she showed the remarkable result and revealed that the allegation of manipulation had devastated her.
“I am the owner of this result. I went to the jamb portal to print my result and this is what they gave me. This is exactly how I printed it and downloaded it from that site,” she said in the video.
