Controversial Nollywood actress and producer, Judy Austin-Edochie, has reached out to those who used insults and curses at her.
The movie star, who has been facing backlash online since she was revealed as the second wife of her colleague, Yul Edochie, in April 2022, addressed her critics in a video she shared on her husband, Yul Edochie’s verified Facebook page.
Recently, Judy and Yul triggered the anger of netizens after Yul shared a video of Judy thanking God for saving her during childbirth. Some social media users called the video insensitive as it came weeks after Yul’s eldest wife, May, lost her first son, Kambilichukwu.
In the new video, Judy Austin first thanked her fans for their unwavering love and support, before thanking those who insult and attack her without knowing anything about her.
The movie producer explained that their curses and insults have actually brought immense blessings from God into her life.
“To the people who hate me, curse me, or attack me without knowing anything about me, I want to say a very big thank you. Without your curses, God wouldn’t be blessing me as much as He is. Without your curses, I wouldn’t have come this far in life, so soon, so fast.” She said in part.
Sharing the video on his verified Facebook page, Yul wrote, “IJELE ODOGWU! Judy Austin addresses those who are insulting her and cursing her.”
