Veteran Nollywood Actress, Mercy Aigbe has shared her experience of battling an eye infection while filming her new movie.
The 46-year-old Nollywood actress said she had to take a break from filming when she woke up on set with swollen eyes.
The movie star was rushed to hospital immediately due to severe pain and was found to have a severe eye infection.
Despite the difficulties, the vetran Nollywood actress expressed her deep gratitude for the success of her new movie.
Mercy Aigbe shared pictures of her swollen eyes on Instagram with the caption:
“Throw back to the set of THINLINE , i woke up one morning on set and my eyes were like this! We couldn’t film, we had to break set, the pain that came with this was excruciating, i was hospitalized, infact it was a whole lot challenge! Doctors said it was a severe infection.. it was a whole lot!!!!! A whole lot!!!!
It’s been an experience on this journey with THINLINE, a whole lot of challenges, a whole lot, but in all i still GIVE GOD THE GLORY
