Popular veteran Nollywood actor and comedian, John Okafor, commonly known as Mr. Ibu, has expressed disappointment with his facial features.
During an Instagram Live session, the comedian said he’s unhappy with his looks, adding that his looks sometimes prevent him from talking about love.
In his opinion, someone who is not mature enough to talk about love should avoid the subject entirely.
Mr. Ibu attempted to use the analogy to convey the idea that a person’s physical attributes and character are related to their capacity for love.
He claimed that you shouldn’t talk about love if you don’t look attractive, but for someone like him, he still chose to ignore his looks and embrace love.
“Sometimes fear no dey allow me mention love because my face no… I am disappointed because of the kind of fine I needed from my face, that one dodge me so I come get another face but I still attach love to it.” He said in part.
