Popular relationship coach, Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo, has claimed that there is nothing wrong with married couples having sex while fasting.
In a video shared online, the pastor, who spoke about some wrong mindsets Christians have about sex, dismissed claims that married couples should not copulate while fasting because it is “ungodly.”
In his opinion, married couples can have sex during spiritual practice, except that they both decide not to have sexual intercourse.
He also felt that abstaining from sex for too long could expose a couple to sexual temptation, so they should not abstain from sex for too long.
Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo went on to explain that having sex while fasting will not offend God since fasting is for one’s own good and not to please God.
