Popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, known professionally as Portable, has been arraigned before the Ifo High Court in Ogun State.
The controversial singer, who was taken into custody on Friday, March 31st, a few days after he caused a scene and resisted arrest when men from the Ogun State Police Command stormed his bar, was arraigned on Monday morning, April 3, on six counts charge bordering on assault.
A video of the Zazu Zeh star in the dock in the courtroom has made its way to the internet and sparked massive reactions among some social media users.

Meanwhile, popular legal practitioner, Inibehe Effiong, has stated that controversial singer, Portable, is every lawyer’s nightmare because he’s a difficult client.
It is worth recalling that the singer resisted arrest after some men of the police command stormed his bar to arrest him for failing to respond to several invitations sent to him on Tuesday.
In response to the clash between the police and the singer and his revelation that he deliberately ignored the request for entry, the lawyer took to his Facebook page to claim that the singer is the kind of client who will act and speak in a way that is contrary to a lawyer’s plan of action.
