Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Tiwa Savage, has revealed why she shared an apartment with her colleague, Davido when she moved to Nigeria.
The mother-of-one made the revelation during the ‘A Decade of Davido’ concert in Lagos last night, where she wowed the audience with a stunning performance.
Tiwa Savage, who was seen on stage with Davido, said:
“A lot of people know this but when I moved back to Nigeria, I was actually sharing an apartment with David in 1004. Ed don tey. I am so proud of you”.
The duo (Tiwa Savage and Davido) then shared a hug before the “Somebody’s Son” crooner continued to cheer on the huge crowd.

Meanwhile, a Nigerian man has made traditional sacrifices to force Afrobeats artist, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, to fulfill his promise to release music projects.
Davido reportedly told his followers to look forward to his new album coming in March, and with the month already five days old and the artist has yet to provide an update, one follower made the decision to take action.
Wearing a white robe, he made a roadside sacrifice and begged the superstar singer to return to social media and start releasing new songs. He murmured a few prayers and what sounded like incantations, then dropped the offering on the ground and left. (Watch the video here)
