Popular businessman, Olakunle Churchill, the ex-husband of popular Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh, has threatened to sue the actress for making defamatory remarks against him.
It is worth recalling that Tonto Dikeh accused Churchill of neglecting their child in a post on her Instagram account, which led to the duo exchanging words and receipts.
The actress revealed that her ex-husband and his family members, constantly claimed in court that they won the child custody battle, berating them for not doing much to take care of King Andre.
According to Tonto, Churchill had only paid child support for four months and had never paid for King Andre’s school fees since their divorce.
Her ex-husband called her a liar for calling him a scammer, thief, blackmailer, and negligent father.
Churchill also accused Tonto Dikeh of fabricating stories about his wife, Rose Meurer, and claimed that she snatched him away from her.
He ordered Tonto Dikeh to apologize for all her comments on her Instagram account as he was unhappy with the defamatory allegations leveled against him.
Churchill informed the actress in a letter sent through his attorney that if she doesn’t apologize on Instagram within 24 hours of receiving the letter, legal action will be taken against her.
