Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo, recently exchanged words with trolls who berated her for her remark on Ned Nwoko’s gift of N20M to fellow actress, Halima Abubakar.
It all began after ailing actress, Halima Abubakar took to social media to thank fellow actress, Regina Daniels and her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko for their financial support.
She revealed on her Instagram page that the power couple gave her more than 20 million naira to pay her bills while she was battling a mysterious illness. (Read Here)
Halima Abubakar’s fans and friends, including fellow actress, Uche Ogbodo, flocked to the comments section of Halima’s post to congratulate Regina Daniels and her husband, Ned Nwoko, for their kind gesture.
“God Bless Them”, Uche Ogbodo Wrote.
Curiously, some social media users found Uche Ogbodo’s innocent remark offensive and they dragged her to pieces for it.
One Instagram user, @Wendymax, accused Uche Ogbodo of being hypocritical and always being in everyone’s comments.
“Pls madam rest you are everywhere. What is ur problem 2face”, she wrote.
Another user, One Omooluwa commented, “abi u, get a bill to pay too. Ned won’t listen”.
On her part, Uche Ogbodo didn’t take the comments lightly as she fired back at each of the trolls.
“exactly! Imagine being angry that I’m happy for my Friend Hali. Mugu! They actually want everyone to abandon Haly but not me. I stand with my people no matter what. So if unah wan kpai , make unah cross road make motor hit unah . Gbogbo rubbish.” She replied one of them.
