Veteran Nigerian singer and songwriter, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has said that men are prone to cheating.
The singer made the claim on the latest season of the popular reality series “Young, Famous & African” in the presence of his wife, Annie, and fellow star, Nadia Nakai.
While sharing his thoughts on why men cheat on their wives, the ‘African Queen’ star noted that a man can love his wife and still cheat on her with someone he doesn’t have feelings for.
In the presence of his wife, actress Annie Idibia, he explained that men’s desires are instinctive and are mainly motivated by the desire for sexual gratification.
He said, “Like it or not, men are wired like that. A man will love a woman to hell, but maybe he is somewhere, and his dick would just decide something to fuck.”
Nadia, a participant in the show, then chimed in, saying that it’s not a man’s genitals but his mind that makes such decisions, to which 2Baba replied, “Okay, however, you look at it, he will f*ck.”
In response, Annie Idibia asked her husband if his comments reflected his personal beliefs or a general statement.
In response, 2Baba noted that it was his personal belief and opinion on the matter.
