Popular Ugandan socialite, Zari Hassan, has married her younger lover, Shakib Cham, in an intimate ceremony.
The Netflix reality star, who starred in ‘Young, Famous & African,’ has never kept her relationship with Shakib Cham private as she frequently shares affectionate photos and videos of them on her social media page, which has more than 11 million followers.
The couple recently got married in a Muslim wedding ceremony held in a house. Videos shared on social media show them exchanging their vows in the presence of their friends and family.
This is coming months after Zari Hassan, a mother of five who shares children with Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platnumz, revealed that she had visited Shakib’s parents and they have no problem with him marrying a woman who is 12 years his senior and has five children from previous relationships.
This is Zari’s second marriage.
