A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to tell how her classmate’s father would take her to the hospital for a virginity test every holiday.
The lady, identified as @beingHauwa on Tiktok, shared her classmate’s experience in a video recently posted on the video-sharing platform.
She said her classmate, who is from the Northern part of Nigeria, was always asked by her father to come home on every holiday, who would then take her to the gynecologist for a virginity test.
According to Hauwa, she found it really strange and felt that the father had gone too far in checking his daughter’s virginity status.
