A beautiful Nigerian lady and her college friend, who started out as reading buddies, have interestingly ended up as life partners.
The newlywed couple, who shared their touching romance on social media, opened up about how they first met at university in 2016 and quickly became friends.
The lady, who shared a video montage showing the trajectory of their relationship from when they met in college to when they started dating, claimed to have gone to college with a focus on studying, but she found a fun reading partner in the process.
She said that they went from simple reading buddies to being best friends on and off campus before becoming something more intimate.
They eventually graduated together and completed their National Youth Service Programs at the same time.
When they were done with all the academics, his reading partner-turned-lover proposed to her and she accepted. They immediately started making wedding plans and are now married.
