A Nigerian lady has taken to her social media page to share how the eyelash extensions she fixed almost caused her to become blind.
She posted a video on the internet showing how she had just installed the lashes when, a few hours later, they began to irritate her eye.
Her eyes got swollen and tears began to flow from them. The sclera, the white part of the eye, also turned bright red.
She thought it would go away on its own after a while, but instead, it got worse. Her boyfriend could be seen comforting her and wiping the tears from her eyes with a tissue.
She ended up visiting a hospital where she had to undergo tests and start therapy when she was told it would damage her eye and the procedure required covering her left eye.
