A young Nigerian woman, identified simply as Uba Sandra Chisom, is mourning after her husband, Henry Ifeka, was killed by suspected kidnappers.
Henry Ifeka was allegedly kidnapped during the holiday season and murdered by his captors despite receiving the ransom required for his release.
The bereaved widow got married to her husband, Henry Ifeka just two years ago and they recently welcomed a set of twins.
In a now-deleted post, Uba Sandra Chisom, who is devastated by her husband’s unfortunate and avoidable death, wrote:
“They didn’t only kidnap you…we paid the ransom and they still killed you. You couldn’t wait for us to celebrate our 2nd anniversary…you left me in this sinful world, leaving me with our twin babies. God this is hard for me oo…May your killers never go unpunished.”
She also took to her Facebook page on Monday, January 16th, to update her cover photo with a photo from their traditional wedding which was held in Anambra State in 2020.
In a comment below the post, her friends and family expressed their condolences and prayed for her husband’s soul to rest in peace.
“Dear Uba Sandra Chisom. May the Holy Spirit comfort you. I still lack words,” one Ebere Celestine Ikokwu wrote.]
