A young Nigerian lady has caused a massive stir on the video-sharing platform, TikTok, after claiming to have met her husband in the bush.
She made this claim in response to a barrage of questions from her followers about how she met and married a white man.
According to her, her love story unfolded like a Nollywood movie as she went into the bush looking for firewood on one fateful day in 2021 when she met her husband.
She said he was very open about his feelings for her and he proposed to her in December of that same year.
After two years of building their love and trust, they got married in Lagos in 2023 at the Ikoyi wedding registry.
The lady, identified as @priscaijeomavaldgeima on TikTok, shared a video compilation of herself and her husband, including a clip from their court wedding, and revealed that he paid her bride price in full.
“I met my husband in 2021 when I went to the bush to fetch firewood. Imagine a bush girl getting married to Oyinbo. Oyinbo dim oma, thanks for coming to the bush on that day.
