An alleged internet scammer named Merit has rebuked one of her trainees for missing work and using her “Company” funds to lodge in a hotel in Bayelsa.
A video circulating on the internet shows Merit confronting the apprentice for disappearing from work. She angrily said she clothes and feeds the staff, but he had the effrontery to waste $1,000 on women and his personal pleasure.
According to her, she had been observing his movement for three days and noticed that he was lodging in a hotel with various women without bringing in the proceeds from her Yahoo business.
She then ordered him to kneel and raise his hands as punishment, pointing out that she bought him a phone to “bomb” and not to flirt around with women. After threatening to hit him with a hanger, the young boy vowed never to do it again.
