A young Nigerian man is said to have broken up with his “serious” girlfriend after her face was badly damaged by an organic cream.
The young woman in question used TikTok to lament bitterly after being dumped by the love of her life because he was embarrassed by her look.
She shared screenshots of their WhatsApp conversation in which he called it quits because he couldn’t deal with her damaged face.
He also berated her for refusing to heed his advice to stop using the cream. According to him, he had warned her to stop using the cream, but she persevered and even got a cream recommended by another seller to lighten the spots. Unfortunately, that only made things worse.
In a fit of anger, he said he couldn’t continue with the relationship because he can’t date someone that does not listen to him.
