Mrs. Blessing Adeniran, the mother of the 12-year-old Chrisland student, Whitney, who died during the school inter-house sports, has claimed that the school is planning to exhume her body for a repeat of the autopsy.
The bereaved mother made the claim in a post on her Instagram Stories on Friday, March 3, the day after Whitney’s funeral.
The 12-year-old was finally buried on Thursday, March 2, after an autopsy performed on her body to determine the cause of her death revealed she was electrocuted, although the school claimed that she collapsed and they tried everything humanly possible to save her.
It is worth recalling that in a statement following Whitney’s death, the school management said she collapsed “in public view and not under any hidden circumstances.”
In an updated development as given by the deceased mother, while she and her husband are taking legal action against the school, the management is requesting a repeat of the autopsy.
“CHRISLAND!!! Play all your games!!! They just called the police that they want a repeat autopsy. They want to exhume my daughter’s body for another butchering. These people are a bunch of jokers!”, she wrote on her Insta-stories moments ago.
