Popular Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon, has re-proposed to his beautiful wife, Damilola, after ten years of marriage.
The couple recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary and decided to celebrate the milestone with a simple reunion of friends and family.
One of the highlights of the event was when the Nollywood actor got on one knee and asked his wife to marry him again.
Deyemi Okanlawon explained that over the years, he has come to really understand the importance of marriage and wants to renew his vows with his wife.
On bended knee, stretching a box containing a ring to his wife, Deyemi said,
“It’s been 10 beautiful years, and we have two beautiful boys. When I first asked you, ‘Will you marry me?’, I didn’t fully comprehend what it meant. I didn’t know it meant journeying together, battling together, going against the world together, dreaming together, living together, crying together, and doing everything together. And so, today, ten years later, I am going to ask the question again, ‘Will you say yes again?”
His wife responded with a hearty “Yes” and he slipped the ring on her finger.
