Controversial former security guards, Happie Boys, have issued a public apology to the General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, for calling him out on social media.
It’s worth recalling that the boys, who rose to fame after being fired for dancing at a retail food outlet, recently made headlines for accusing the cleric of failing to keep his promise to fund their education abroad.
Happie Boys mocked the clergyman in the public saga, saying that they did not want any further help from him and that the funds from his church were used to bring them to Cyprus.
Recently, the boys uploaded an apology clip on Instagram, calling on their followers and Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere to forgive them for the wrongs they have done to him.
“We are here to drop this apology video, telling everyone to forgive us. Please find a place to forgive us in your heart, especially Daddy OPM Worldwide. We know the video touched him very well. The video is going viral and won’t repeat itself,” one of the Happie Boys said.
The other continued, “We are really sorry for the way this video is trending. We want to apologize to our daddy. He is the only daddy we have. We shouldn’t have said so many things about him; we shouldn’t have revealed our private chat. Please find a place to forgive us, it won’t repeat itself.”
Additionally, they stated that they will resume creating content again and focusing on making their fans happy instead of causing controversy.
