Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie, has asked Nigerians to forgive Sarah Martins for previously supporting her friend, Judy Austin’s marriage to Yul Edochie.
Keep in mind that Sarah Martins was a strong supporter of Yul Edochie’s controversial marriage to Judy Austin and repeatedly defended their decision to get married.
She once said that women shouldn’t be afraid to snatch a “good man” from a “Lousy and Careless” woman, apparently referring to how Judy Austin snatched Yul Edochie from his first wife, May. She even had a conflict with Rita Edochie over her support for Judy.
However, she recently turned over a new leaf and apologized to May, stating that she would no longer involve herself in their family drama.
She also apologized to Rita Edochie whom she insulted for attacking her over her support for Judy.
However, Sarah had the opportunity to meet Rita at the airport today, September 1st, and she apologized to her again and Rita graciously forgave her.
Rita, who had always expressed her disapproval of Yul and Judy’s marriage, later asked Nigerians to forgive Sarah, saying that she is truly remorseful and would no longer support Judy Austin.
Her words,
“I am talking to the whole world. She is really repentant and is really sorry over what she did and I advise if you are still supporting evil, stop! What she did was wrong and she is really repentant. The way she hugged me shows she is really sorry and because she is really sorry, I ask the whole world to join me and forgive her. I told her joining evil is a very bad thing. God will not forgive you but she is repentant.
She said she will not support Judy again”
