Upcoming Nigerian singer, Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, better known as Spyro, recently went back in time and thanked God for his blessings.
Spyro, popularly known for his hit song “Who Is Your Guy?”, revisited his old neighborhood to show off the house he lived in before he found fame.
On his Instagram page, he shared a video of himself driving to the local area in his Prado jeep with police escorts and entering the house, which was obviously old and dilapidated.
He said that the stench in the house was overwhelming, just like when he lived there years ago, and that he once killed 98 mosquitoes in his room in one night.
Spyro, who was overwhelmed with gratitude for his growth, shared this video weeks after acquiring two luxury properties in Lagos for himself and his business partner.
He wrote,
“I am that one leper who will always return to COUNT HIS BLESSINGS and give all glory back to GOD … Never judge yourself by your current situation guys, you are a work in progress … it might take a while but a pregnant woman will one day deliver but do not forget when he changes your story to #COUNTYOURBLESSINGS”
