The movie star, who is currently enjoying a birthday trip with some of her close friends, shared a video of them having fun in the pool on her verified Instagram page.
Unfortunately, the video did more than capture the funny moment as it showed Tonto having an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction in the pool.
The popular Nollywood actress had a major nip slip, with one of her breasts accidentally slipping out of her bikini and exposing her nipple.
Unbeknownst to her, she continued to record until a friend quickly stepped in to cover her up and prevent any further exposure.
