“I’ve Only Met Him Once Or Twice” – Netizens Dig Up 2013 Interview Where Tonto Dikeh Denied Knowing Iyanya (Video)

Investigators on social media have uncovered an old video of popular actress, Tonto Dikeh, denying she was in a romantic relationship with singer, Iyanya.

This follows a serious allegation from Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson, who claimed that the Nollywood actress had an affair with her ex-lover, Iyanya.

It is worth recalling that Yvonne Nelson caused a stir on social media after the release of her memoir titled “I Am Not Yvonne Nelson”, in which she revealed her relationship with the Nigerian singer ended after she found out that he cheated on her with Tonto Dikeh.

In Chapter 10 of her book, titled “Iyanya and My Love Life”, Yvonne delved deeply into her relationship with Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk and the devastating betrayal she suffered.

“Anytime I left Iyanya’s place, another actress came over to him and sometimes slept over. The person turned out to be Tonto Dikeh of Nigeria. When I was convinced about the authenticity of this information I received, I was heartbroken. I took to Twitter to rant. Tonto Dikeh responded by saying people changed and so did feelings so I should move on,” the book reads in part.

At the time of filing this report, Tonto Dikeh has yet to respond to the allegation, leaving social media users eagerly awaiting her response.

Meanwhile, social media users have released an old interview video from 2013, in which Tonto Dikeh denied knowing Iyanya when asked about their relationship.

Speaking to media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the Nollywood actress claimed that she doesn’t know him well and has only met him once or twice.
