Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu, has slammed Yul Edochie’s second wife, Judy Austin, over her social media post mourning his late son with his first wife, May.
It is worth recalling that Judy Austin broke her silence on Thursday night over the death of her stepson, who died in the month of March after suffering a seizure while playing football with his classmates at school.
In her first social media post since the incident, Judy Austin paid tribute to the late Kambilichukwu, describing him as a great son and saying that God knows best. (Read Here)
However, her post drew a flurry of reactions from social media users, who felt it was unnecessary as the late boy’s mother had repeatedly said she would never approve of Judy’s marriage with her husband.
Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu, was one of those who found the post insensitive and he took to his Instagram page to slam her.
According to him, Judy should have contacted May privately to offer her condolences instead of posting a message on social media.
In his words,
“Aunty, this is so insensitive. Firstly, MAY has not accepted YUL POLYGAMY, meaning she never supported you. It would have been better to call MAY on the phone to comfort her or mourn YUL Pikin privately. Going out to make a post about her Pikin is INSENSITIVE. If indeed you consider yourself as a part of that family, then calling the Mama of the Pikin should be more important than making a post.”
