Popular Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo, has shared a heartwarming video from her traditional wedding on social media.
It is worth recalling that Uche Ogbodo got married to her young lover and her second baby daddy, Bobby Maris, in a traditional ceremony in January 2023 in her hometown.
The video, which she shared on social media, showed the touching moment the mother-of-two broke down in tears as her father showered her with prayers during her wedding rites.
In the clip, which has now gone viral on the internet, the actress’ father can be seen praying in Igbo for Ogbodo and her husband as they kneel before him.
As her father spoke the powerful words of prayer, she struggled to control her emotions but eventually burst into tears, not minding her makeup while her husband tried to comfort her by putting his arm around her shoulders.
Sharing the video on her Instagram page, she wrote, “I love my daddy so much, but he ruined my makeup for me with his beautiful prayer. May God keep my daddy and my mummy in good health, long enough to see my grandchildren with my husband.”
